Nedward "Ned" Cauphee the smartest member with the most common sense in Roger's gang, often confusing the others with his high intellect. He comes from a large family, including ten siblings, and is most easily identified by his full lips and one eye much larger than the other. Ned is probably the most vocal member of Roger's gang, and is quick to point out the flaws in Roger's plans.

- In his original sketch, he wore glasses, which is why his larger eye is mistaken for a monocle.
